Opel Astra F X14XE motorókódú jarművem van és szeretném kiolvasni a hibakódott mert ma reggelre nem indul be. (tegnap mentem vele)

A 16 pólusú diag csatim van és régebben már megtaláltam az ehhez tartozó hibakódlistát, de most egy órája már keresem a NET-en de nem találom. A bekötés megvan.

Sziasztok!

Olyan gondom van,hogy gyári ablakemelőt akarok beépíteni az F astrámba és segítséget szeretnék kérni, hogy kapcsolási rajza nincs-e valakinek véletlen, mert a bizti táblán benne vannak az érintkezők az elektromos ablaknak csak onnan tovább kellene vezetékelnem többit csak nem tudom milyen vezetékeket kellene vinnem.

A bal lábtérben található dupla csatlakozóig el vannak vezetve a kábelek, nem kell a műszerfal mögött turkálni.

Vedd le a belső műanyag küszöbburkolatot és találsz ott egy nagy csatlakozót. Piros-sárga színű vezetéknek kell lennie a hátuljában. Lehet, hogy kettő is lesz, ha a hátsó elektromos ablak is odáig ki van vezetékezve.

Az a piros-sárga vezeték a táp az elektromos ablakhoz. De kell még neki egy test (barna) és egy gyújtástáp is. Ez a három kell alapból mindegyiknek. Az bal első ajtótól meg el kell vinni kettő vezetéket a jobb elsőhöz, a fel le vezérléshez, hogy a bal elsőről is tudjad vezérelni.

Komforthoz kell még egy vezeték, ha tudja.

Esetleg a színeket nem tudod véletlenül,hogy a gyújtás 12v melyikre megy és melyik színeket kell az anyós oldalra vinni?

A kapcsolási rajzok:

92-es évjárat: Bal oldal tanulós, jobb oldal sima fel le.

94-es: Mindkettő tanulós és komfort is lehetséges, bár a rajz nem jelzi.

97-től a 94-es van, de azokban már ott a komfort gyárilag is. A 97-es rajzban kettő féle van: A 2 és 4 elektromos ablakos. Négyesnél gyárilag komfort van, tehát 6 vezetéket kér, 2 eablak esetén nincs ilyen.

Amúgy a gyújtás táp az a fekete vezeték, F7 vagy F10-es biztosíték. Rajzon látni.

És mielőtt még kérdeznéd, a komfort elektronikás ezt tudja:

Gyári központi zár felrántja az összes ablakot.

Most ez neked az a távos b vectra központizár vezérlő? Mert nekem csak akkor húzza fel ha elfordítva tartom a kulcsot. 

 

Igen. Gyári távos, de nem riasztós B Vectra központi zár vezérlő. De a jelet külön épített elektronika adja 20mp-ig az ablakoknak, mivel a B vectra kpzár motorjai nem rakhatók be barmolás nélkül az F Astra ajtókba. Akkor menne épített elektronika nélkül is. Ha ezt meg lehetne oldani, akkor csak reteszelésre zárnának az ablakok, sima zárásra még nem. Ugye a második gombnyomás, mint G astránál is. Nálam meg most sima zárásra is felmennek az ablakok.

Tehát gyakorlatilag mégsem gyári. :D

 

Mondjuk nekem a bmw-s megoldás lenne a szimpi, hogy akkor húzza fel/le az ablakot, ha nyomvatartom a megfelelő gombot. 

 

Neked amúgy egyszerre mennek fel az ablakok? Nekem van köztük némi difi, a jobb első mindig késve indul. 

 

A hátsók előbb indulnak el, mint az elsők. Videón is látszik.

Amúgy gyári, még így is, csak ki van kerülve a retesz. :D

Amúgy Vörös Petinek van egy A Veci CDX-e. Az riasztós és bezárásra felhúzza az ablakokat. Reteszre nyilván.

Kikapcsolni nem igazán lehet.

 

Talán ez is megoldás, hogy a biztosítékát veszed ki... én a motortérben az ABS kockáról húztam le a csatlakozót. Így jelez, hogy baja van, és nem működik.

 

Azért iktattam ki, mert az egyik keréknél a "jeladó" tárcsa el van repedve (állítólag csak mindenestől lehet cserélni???), és emiatt közepes fékezéskor elkezd visszarugni a pedál :(.

 

Te miért akarod kikapcsolni?

 

Probléma nincs mi legyen, a fékkör működik tovább rendesen... én kb 1 éve így járok vele (de valamikor már orvosolnám...)

Üdv..van egy programtárcsa összeépítve a motorral-mechanikával, azon van több érintkező. Ez szabályozza a törlési intervallumot, a visszafordulás helyét. Gyanítom az érintkező kopott vagy tört el, és túlfut a lapát. Általában szegecsek fogják a ház két oldalát, ezt le lehet fúrni, szét lehet szedni, megpróbálni javítani, de szerintem nem lesz üzembiztos. Aztán a szegecsek helyén csavarokkal összerakni.

Ez egy első törlőmotor, ott a rövidebb érintkező kopott el:

Biztos hogy lent jó helyről indul? A tengely bordás, azon van a lapát, ha ott elmozdul erőltetéstől akkor is túlfut, de persze akkor lent nem az alapon fog megállni hanem feljebb. Ekkor csak a csavart kell fellazítani, és visszább rakni a kart.

Két csavar fogja meg a csatija van rádugva. Ahol átjön a kasztnin ott is van egy nagy csavar azt is ki kell tekerni ugye már csak akkor ha a kart levetted a tengelyről. Alatta lesz egy kúp, és kábé 22-24-es kulcsnyílású csavar meg még valami közdarab.

Bár ez caravané, de hasonló a többi is:

Szerintem azért nem lesz üzembiztos a javítás, mert ezek elég vékony kábé 3 mili széles és talán fél mili vastag réz érintkezők a végükön valami hasábbal ami csúszik a bezsírozott tárcsán. Ugyanolyant kellene rászerkeszteni a helyére mint amilyen volt, a hossz is lényeges hiszen az adja meg mikor forduljon vissza. De próbáld meg ha sikerül, akkor nem kell venned másikat. Nekem mondjuk nem a végállással volt bajom hanem azzal hogy nem egy teljes kört ment a lapát, a rövidre kopott érintkező miatt. Mindíg máshol állt meg. gondolom a 3 érintkezőből nekem másik sérült mint neked.Vaterán vettem másik motort talán 3000+ postaköltség volt a régit meg elraktam tartalékba.
